I was a late entry into the group going to
Montreal, Canada for Matt Tarz's bachelor party. All I got to say is I'm sure glad I was able to make the trip. This was my first trip to America's top-bunk buddy Canada and I was ready to see what Montreal had to offer. After a five hour drive from Danbury and checking into the hotel our first order of business was to check out some local establishments. We found a bar about eight steps from the hotel and proceeded to establish a low-post that wouldn't budge all weekend. We met the locals (one is pictured above, lets see if you can pick-out the Canadian), made nice with the bartenders and drank some local favorites. (The
Maple Syrup Shot is pictured above) The next stop on the trip was the to the
Casino de Montreal. The top picture was on one of the many decks overlooking Montreal from the casino's main floor. The casino was first rate and a phenomenal time for all. It was probably even better for Conte and I because we were the only ones under 21 and the 'do-whatcha-want' over 18 laws in Canada benefited us greatly. The group ate dinner and, some hours later, breakfast at the Casino de Montreal before heading back to the hotel. The trip was a success as we took in a little Canadian culture and also imposed our own on Montreal. If you have some time make sure you visit our northern friends, I promise they have more then
